Vikas, started his career as a marine cadet in 1994 and has now 26 years of shipping experience both onboard and onshore. He has played an active role in the Marine industry and sailed in various capacities on the container ship, General Cargo Ship, Bulk Carriers, and worked with reputed shipping organizations in India.

A passionate and aggressive first-generation entrepreneur, he co-founded TNS Group in 2015. Vikas has been the driving force behind the company’s commercial operation, He has played a significant role in the development of various verticals of the group. This was possible because of his knowledge and skills and extreme devotion and determination to Company’s calls.

A first-generation entrepreneur, Ashok Kumar started his journey in Delhi as a Scrap trader in 1996.

Soon, he started focusing on the shipping and logistics business which can support his current trading business of scrap. During this journey, he also invested and mentored many other entrepreneurs and business verticals. Ashok Kumar brings over two decades of experience in crafting customized operational plans to align with company expansion goals and objectives. He passionately creates a commercial value of the company and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Yogesh, a Commerce graduate has been involved in Shipping services since 2004, Yogesh Abhichandani is one of the Joint Directors of the Company.

He has 17 years of impressive experience of working in various capacities in multiple shipping agency houses in India and carries experience including Liner Agency & NVOCC operations. He has played a significant role in the development of NVOCC vertical under the group.

Experienced in aspects of business formation, operation, and management, Yogesh joined the Group in the year 2016. He has since been instrumental in leading the strategy, planning, implementation, and business development activities of the TNS Group. He directly oversees the international operations of the Group companies and currently spearheads TNS NVOCC.

Hitesh started his career with the leading agency house as a marketing executive in India and worked in the marketing field for 5 years to understand container market & liner agency, and then he joined the TNS Group in 2015 as one of the Joint Directors of the Company right since inception with an aim to ensure great returns for stakeholders, deliver top-notch services to clients.

Commerce graduate further qualified as MBA (PGDM) in Marketing also holds a diploma degree in Port and Shipping Management from Tolani Institute of Management.

As a young leader, Hitesh has an impressive gamut of experience in the fields of shipping and logistics since the year 2010. His 10 years’ experience spans almost all aspects including Container Line, Liner Agency, NVOCC operations, LCL consolidation, International Freight Forwarding, etc.

During the course of his rich career, he has donned various roles and at various points of time; additionally, handled activities such as project cargo, heavy lift shipments, exhibition shipments, air freight, and total logistics.
